Support service changes and upgrades
mantiCORE Labs has recently undergone several changes to improve our technical support system. As a result all support activities are now available directly from the user and partner lab sections of our site. We have upgraded our support and discussion forums by adding direct feedback and incident tracking capabilities. The main support pages now offer a quick overview of new items that can be viewed at a glance without the need to enter through the user lab. The quick access sections on the left hand side will take you directly to the various technical support areas of the site and will only require a single login unless your preferences have been set to automatically log in. There is also a new and improved help section to guide you through the functions of the user and partner lab.

The available documentation and whitepapers are subject to our standard support agreement and are thus fully supported by mantiCORE Labs unless noted otherwise and labeled explicitely as unsupported.
Premium content
Available content such as files and documents that marked as premium are restricted to premium direct customers with a valid support agreement and will require you to enter your individual premium support access details.
Premium direct support
Premium Direct support is provided for customers and partners that need direct one on one support with fast response times and early access to information. Premium direct customers receive individual access details that can be used for early access downloads and information. In addition to this a technical manager will be assigned to you and will act as a dispatcher for your requests.
